How fast will my order ship out? I ship orders out within 1-3 business days.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes, but if you have an issue with checking out, please message me! Worst-case scenario, I will just have to transfer the items to my Etsy shop for you to purchase.
Do you use real crystals? All my jewelry contains 100% real crystals unless otherwise stated. Occasionally I use enhanced crystals or man made crystals such as goldstone and opalite.
Are all items handmade? Yes, all items in my shop are handmade by me, Gabby!
Ear Cuff FAQ
Where do I find the ear cuffs? Ear cuffs can be found in the section under "ear cuffs". They do sell out quickly so if you don't see anything under that section, you need to wait for the next restock. Restocks usually happen every month and will be announced on the home page of my shop as well as my socials.
Do I need piercings to wear them? Nope! Ear cuffs hang over the top of your ears. You do not need piercings.
What if the ear cuffs don't fit? The ear cuffs are adjustable. All you need to do is manipulate the wire to best fit you ears. For example: pull them apart at the top to make them bigger or squeeze them at the top to make them smaller.
Are the ear cuffs heavy? The ear cuffs weight about 0.4 oz (8 grams) or less. So, unless you have sensitive ears, you should be fine wearing them.

What happens if I lose one side? Send me a message! I will be more than happy to recreate the side that went missing. I will charge you for one ear cuff (half the price of the pair.
Earplug Ear Cuff FAQ
what is the difference between the earplug ear cuffs and the Loop earplug ear cuffs? The Loop earplug ear cuffs do NOT come with any earplugs whatsoever. You will need to have your own Loop earplugs at home. All the other earplug ear cuffs come with earplugs plus a backup pair!
What is the difference between over the ear vs cartilage ear cuffs? Over the ear ear cuffs are large and have lots of dangles, beads, crystals, charms. These are perfect for when you are planning on just wearing them for fashion at a concert. Cartilage ear cuffs are smaller and more compact. These are super easy to pop into your bag for on the go! They are also more discreet so you can wear them out in public when you just need a little more quiet. I also make a version of the ear cuffs that combine both over the ear and cartilage ear cuffs! Not only does this elevate the look, but the combination of the two makes for a more sturdy ear cuff that is harder to accidentally slip off.
How many dB do the earplugs block out? The earplugs I provide block out up to 27 dB when worn correctly.
How do you clean the earplugs? Wash with soap and warm water before and after each use. Make sure to pat them dry before storing them.
