Custom Orders
I do 10 custom orders per month. If the custom order deposit listing says “sold out”, you will have to check back next month. Deposits open up every month on the 15th at 12 PM ET.
‼️Please read carefully before placing your deposit‼️ The $10 Deposit is non-refundable! If you have any questions or concerns about custom orders, you can absolutely message me before you place your deposit. Messages can either be though Instagram DMs (@beadedplanet) OR email (beadedplanet@gmail.com).
$10 Deposit: I do require a $10 non-refundable deposit before I get started on your custom order. If you want more than one custom order, please place more than one deposit. This deposit will go towards your final cost! You can place your deposit HERE!
Custom order pricing: The price of your custom order will vary depending on the design you want. For more simple custom orders you can expect to pay around $20 - $30 while very intricate and detailed oriented custom orders can be up to $60 - $70. Prices are in USD
The custom order process: After placing your deposit, please send me a message with your order number and what you had in mind for your custom order. Please keep in mind that if I have to special order supplies, there will be an additional cost. If you are having a custom order made that is very specific, I highly advise you to message me before placing your deposit so that we can figure out pricing before I get started. Once we discuss your design I will get started ASAP! Most custom orders can be finished and shipped out within the week, but some can take up to a month to complete (especially if I have to order supplies to work on it). Design example pictures will be sent to you before you place your final payment to ensure that everything is exactly how you want it to look.
Final payment: Once completed, I will send you a listing to your final payment. Your $10 deposit will go towards the cost. Please make your payment within the week I send you the link. If you need more time to pay, let me know. I am very understanding that life happens and you might need more time to pay. If you go more than one month without completing your payment and you have not sent me a message requesting more time to pay, your custom order will be added to my shop for anyone to purchase!
Shipping: Shipping in the US is $4.50. If your custom order is more than $75 you will receive free shipping! For international custom orders (custom orders placed outside of the US) I ship through DHL. Each country has a different shipping cost, so please reach out to me if you have any questions.
