Custom Orders

Hello and thank you for your interest in a custom order! To see if custom order spots are available, please click here. If the listing says "sold out" that means you must wait until they are available again. I open 10 custom order spots every month on the 15th 12 PM Eastern Time. That will be when you can place your $10 deposit.
Please read all information below before placing your deposit
About the $10 deposit: To secure your custom order spot, you must place a $10 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards your final payment. Please keep in mind that you will be placing two payments. After I finish your custom order, you will be sent a link to your final payment. This is when you will also pay for shipping.
How much can you expect to pay: Custom order prices depend on the design. If you would like to discuss the exact amount a custom order will cost you, please email me (beadedplanet@gmail.com) or send me a message on Instagram (@beadedplanet). You do not have to pay the deposit to message me about prices. Just to give you a rough estimate, expect to pay anywhere between $25 - $50 for a custom order. Prices can go up even more if I have to special order lsupplies for you.

How long will it take for a custom order to be completed: I am usually able to get custom orders finished up within the week of you messaging me about your design idea. For more detailed ear cuffs or ear cuffs where I have to special order supplies, it can take longer. Sometimes it can take me up to one month to complete your order.
How long will you have to send in your final payment: Please send in your final payment to me within two weeks of me completing your custom order. I understand that some people may need more time to get their funds in order, so if you need a little more time than that, please let me know asap! If you do not message me that you need more time to pay and you let the payment go for one month, your custom order will be placed for sale for anyone to purchase.
International Custom Orders: My shop is based in the US. I have recently updated my website for worldwide shipping! Please keep in mind currency conversion and be aware that shipping costs can be high. I ship though DHL, so your shipping price will depend on your country/shipping weight. Most packages are between $14 USD - $20 USD to ship.
