Ordered a pair of custom cuffs and Gabby was great with all the communication. She responded to emails quickly and was straight-forward about a potential delay due to her being on vacation at the time. I felt very involved in the process and she responded well to feedback. They just came today and I’m in love!

Gabby did such a great job on my ear cuffs. I love the way the came out! She was quick to respond to my emails and I got my ear cuffs fater than I expected.
It was the first time I did this kind of thing. I didn’t really know how it would work at all. But it ended up going very well and it wasn’t as hard as I thought. The order arrived sooner than I thought too. Except for the application Shop who didn’t track correctly the order, but this is just the application and the problem isn’t coming from Beaded Planet. Everything went perfectly in my opinion and I really liked it. I’m very grateful for Beaded Planet who was very lovely and I can’t wait to see my order once I will be home!
Absolutely loved the pieces I ordered. Seller is very communicative through every step of the way and sent multiple pictures for my order to make sure it’s what I wanted. I will be purchasing a custom order again when I have another design in mind.
