She is so talented, works incredibly fast, and is very patient; she kept me updated with pictures throughout the entire process and even kindly made tweaks when I asked for an adjustment. I ordered a pair of custom ear cuffs from Gabby using two photos from her website. Not only was she absolutely accommodating, kind, and responsive, but she made it a point to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
